COVID Update 10th May 2020

Ultimate Moto social distancing COVID 19

Even though our showroom is closed at the moment to visitors we’ve been busy last week trialling some new ways of working including implementation of social distancing measures for when we can welcome you back to the showroom.

Due to demand;

From Monday the 11th we are offering a online sales facility with delivery to your door. We’ve ran some trails last week, everything ran well.

Importantly we kept our staff and customers safe.

We will be offering service and repair appointments for key workers or if you are using your bike for commuting to and from work. No walk ins or waiting.

Due to working differently and not having walk in guests to serve we are temporarily changing our working hours and days to;

Monday- Friday 9-5.

We’re available on the phones aren’t being diverted.

Please stay safe, look after those around you and don’t make any unnecessary journeys.

Remember this situation could change for the better or worse and the government could ease or tighten the restrictions that are in place. Don’t just turn up at the showroom, our doors are closed temporarily to visitors for the moment.

Mark and Team

Ultimate Moto social distancing COVID 19

In order to protect our colleagues, families and customers we have decided to temporarily suspend Showroom and Workshop activities here at Ultimate Moto. The only way we are going to beat this disease is to act responsibly, do our bit for society and reduce the amount of social contact. The showroom has been absolutely packed out on Saturday and whilst we thank you for the support we all need to be doing more.

It’s not a decision we’ve taken lightly and given lots of thought to various ways of working during this time, this being the most sensible one to protect our colleagues, families and customers.

Our showroom doors are closed to the public for the time being and we’re working hard behind the scenes to finish all the existing workshop jobs we have in. We’ll be contacting our customers to rearrange all future servicing work that been booked in.

If you’re a key worker during this time and need assistance drop us an email

As always my email remains open for any bike questions you may have and our bikes will remain advertised online. I am happy to offer advice on all motorcycle matters throughout this period, whether a specification question, mechanical or simply a chat around the love of biking.

We look forward to the day things will return to normal.

Stay safe, wash your hands, ride free
